Procedure

Recovery and Follow-Up
Recovery with clear aligners is generally smooth—mild pressure or tightness may be felt for a few days after switching trays. Stick to wearing them 20–22 hours daily, remove only for eating and brushing, and clean them gently with lukewarm water and a soft brush. A follow-up is usually scheduled every 6–8 weeks to monitor progress and provide new aligners.
